Now that I’ve left school and there’s no more revision to think about I finally have the time to sit back and relax and to start making the most out of my time. One of the things on my to do list is to start doing more exercise. Me and ‘Exercise’ have an on and off relationship because sometimes I’m in the mood to get fit and then other times I just really cannot be bothered! But surely I’m not the only one that feels that way! The only way for me to stay in shape is for me to find a way to exercise that keeps me entertained and doesn’t bore me and with all that being said I found Zumba! Most of you if not all of you will of heard of Zumba as its taking over by a storm, getting more and more people wanting to join up and start being fit! Zumba is a fantastic way to stay in shape, have a laugh , boost your confidence and meet new people!
The first time I went to Zumba was actually a few years ago but that was because one of my friends had a Zumba party for their birthday and of course it was so much. But the first time I decided to go to Zumba out of choice was actually yesterday evening as me and Olivia decided to go down to the local centre to try it out and it was great. I had such a laugh and because the group was only small I felt like I was able to get into it a bit more and just have fun with it. I cannot wait to go back again next week as I know that this is going to be a weekly thing now! So if you guys haven’t tried out a zumba session before and your looking of new fun ways to stay in shape then id strongly urge you to give it a go! Trust me you won’t regret it x
